This unique cape is believed to be from the 1920s. The Velvet is in decent shape but wrinkled, and has fading near the top. NOTE: The lining is very fragile, brittle, and tattered. I've listed this under "women" even though chevaliers were men. There should really be a unisex category because this could be for men or women particularly if used as a costume.
