@dmarie44 that's too bad!!! I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't wear my heels anymore!! I can't do 120mm without a platform but I can handle these 100mm heels, so I'm really fond of the follies vs so kates. I do have 2 pairs of so kates though and I'm trying really hard to learn to walk in them :)

@norcalcloset I sold these on eBay--you have to be patient but they do come up for sale every once in a while, just not always the size you need. I'm US7 and a little bit wide in louboutin so I really needed these in 37.5 but I replaced them with 38 and padded them bc it's all I could find. If you have an eBay account, you can do a search for them and then save the search, and choose whether to receive notifications. Then you'll always know when a pair pops up!

Well if you ever have any questions about a particular shoe you find for Sale here or elsewhere, I can give you the scoop on fit if I have it. @norcalcloset I don't necessarily know authenticity but I can post "reference" pics in same positions as seller pics since I usually have the same pair (authentic) and then we can compare. And there's lots of ladies on here that DO know their stuff that I ask. I also ask for shoe authentication help on "the purse forum"

@norcalcloset I trust mrsgellman and morgan415 to authenticate but lots of sellers know their names and take offense as soon as you tag. So Morgan has a listing you can comment in with the pair and sellers name and she can tell you without the seller getting offended. She also has a blog with an email you can use. keekee0914 knows lots of styles too bc she has tons of pairs.

I have a good job and own my house and don't have kids so I get to waste my money on whatever I want... I'm also not very patient. So I'm not as good at scoring amazing deals but I also couldn't collect as many pairs if I didn't look for bargains. I'm good at stalking them though! I will search for a pair for years!! Because I can't afford to buy these pairs at full retail!

@gorechr000 'm reaching out to you on my own old sold listing so there's no drama on yours--posh doesn't have private messaging & sometimes folks are sharky. Your white pair that a friend gave to you isn't authentic. That style is called jaws & it's near and dear to me (I know it well--loved it so much I bought 4 pairs including a special order). If it helps, I can post photos of authentic jaws for you to compare & then I can delete the listing when you're done so nobody knows your business

Maybe your friend can get her money back--a consignment shop should know better (and it's their job to know better--there's no excuse for them). It makes me really angry/upset when folks get tricked. They are shady for tricking her :(

@nathaliek that glitter pair you've listed isn't authentic :( I'm very very sorry! Posh doesn't have private messaging so I'm contacting you through my own old buried listing to be discreet (not stirring up trouble on yours, not trying to cause you problems). It was illegal for someone to sell them to you so maybe you can get your money back!! I'd fight like heck trying! Good luck!

I even double checked with the person before I listed them and she verified they were genuine. I'll take them to the Louboutin store to make sure.

The boutiques won't help authenticate. Lollipuff will authenticate for a fee. I use the "authenticate this" thread of the louboutin shopping subforum of the purse forum (TPF) for old pairs (which are really different than we are used to now) or for styles with which I'm not familiar. There's also some ladies on here that are really good--morgan415, mrsgellman, and keekee0914

@tiffcake I deleted the listing because I'm not comfortable having them on here for sale if I'm not 100% confident they are genuine. My family member said she bought them from a friend who sells supposedly genuine vintage designer items.. so I'm definitely gonna let her know so she doesn't buy anything else from her. Right now on eBay there is a pair 37.5 that has nice coloring like this pair had. @tymoore35 contact poshāexplain that theyāre counterfeit and seller disguised their counterfeit status by using photos of other authentic pairs mixed in the listing and youād like to cancel the order. Also that the seller isnāt shipping them so youād like to bypass the 7day waiting period for cancellation. Be firm that you didnāt intend to purchase counterfeit item (itās illegal for posh to facilitate sale of counterfeits so they HAVE to refund you)
