world of warcraft Cataclysm collectors edition mostly sealed scratched loot card

World of Warcraft Cataclysm collectors edition mostly sealed scratched loot cards and open DVD. One of the DVDs is opened and the loot card is scratched but I am not sure if it is used. I contacted the website to see if it has been used and I will update. the box has a little damage and all is photographed. the cards don't have wear so I don't think they have been used. everything else is sealed.
