Inseam or length: 21" taken from crotch to hem on pants or top of shoulder to bottom hem on tops. From top of shoulder to bottom hem on dresses. Unless it is strapless or has adjustable straps. Then it's top hem above breast to bottom hem. chest: 17" (armpit to armpit) taken lying flat so multiply x2 for circumference. Clothes may be a little wrinkled from being in storage.
