ca. 1970s This Interlocking Ring Loop Necklace is from my personal collection I wore as a necklace but if ur waist is small u can wear as a belt too Unsure material. Never tested to see if it was bakelite, lucite, resin, celluloid etc So I always default to saying its plastic.
