This is a vintage (1990s or late 1980s) NEW OLD STOCK on card set of girls' hair barrettes. Note the package is damaged with a water/oil stained on back. - see photos There are three pairs of barrettes that say Campus, School, and Student in primary colors. The card has an AMAZINGLY 90s image of 4 girls in color block decked out in Color Mates products.
