Vintage Mattel Barbie Hair Accessory / Clip / Barrette / Extension vtg 1988 from set #3249 Beach Blast Teresa Rectangular black and pink hair clip with blonde hair extension. The Mattel claim is that the hair turns color when in the sun. I left it outside for about an hour and saw no change. Note: Hair is frizzed, especially at the bottom.
