vintage homemade long sleeve

From what I have been researching nothing I can come up with is this is a homemade vintage sweater it has a zipper down the neck area and back the neck is like a choker there is a button missing on one of the sleeves also the shoulder pad has a little bit of rust from probably being stored with a metal hanger there is no size tag neither I am a size 2 and it's pretty snug on me if you would like measurements please let me know.
