vintage herman survivor SEARS boots hiking lace up leather 60s/70s READ 7.5 D

It looks like these do not have their original bottom soles and the previous owner chose to do it themselves. There is visible excess glue that spilled out in the process.  They seem to be very secure and in place though. I could not get them to budge. See photos and consider this before purchasing. From the information I could gather these have the red sears tag which indicates they are from the 60s but i can't determine which year please see photos and determine for yourself Size 7.5.D Super rare find!
