vintage formal sleeveless top

This one is for all my fancy folk out there! This paired with a pair of black culottes or a black mini skirt perhaps would be BEAUTIFUL! It has great structure, and is wonderfully built. Sadly it is about a size or two too big for me, so it just is not very flattering on me. It's also VINTAGE so what's not to love?? Hoping it can find a nice home :D
