EUC *vintage* Y2K Express "stretch" wrap skirt, gray plaid with purple stripe, buckle closure and 2 inside buttons. Purple satin lining, the strap for the buckle has a faux leather lining as well. size 3/4 (measurements in pictures!) Excellent condition!! Worn a couple of times, been in storage. No holes/tears. Super cute!
