vintage SHEER PEPLUM DRESS 1970's 1980's S M

Sheer poly georgette dress, late 1970's/early 1980's era. Gathered shoulders, surplice bust, stretchy waist. Cute lil' peplum! Black with royal blue. Excellent condition, machine washable. Shown on a S, definitely can work for most M as well, there was plenty of room in the bust and waist on me. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have at home that fits well.
