Waist 34” when fastened loosely but can be tightened up to 22”, shown in pics. Inseam 31”. Fits like a medium or 6-8. Excellent condition! The brand is Paolo Milani. I am guessing they are from the 70s or 80s, super cool and unique piece!! Very Paloma Wool vibe
