vintage 70s pleated bubble dress New Leaf by Samir size S/XS

Vintage 70s or 80s pleated bubble style disco mini dress. Super fun style! New Leaf California by Samir Black pleated sheer fabric over satiny lining. Step in style with tie in back. It’s a bit small in the bust on my mannequin so not tied as tightly as it could be. Has a built in shelf bra. Size and fabric content label no longer legible. Please see measurements in photos. Measurements were taken using the lining as a guide with the dress turned inside out. In very nice condition with one exception. There is a hole in the pleated skirt at one side near the seam (see photo). I believe this could be repaired by taking that seam in a bit. I don’t see any other issues. Beaded appliqué appears to be intact (see photos). It will likely need to be removed for dry cleaning.
