vintage 1940s Black SILVER SEQUIN Majorette COSTUME xs showgirl circus playsuit

We are over the moon about this darling 1940s costume! Classic black one piece has a pinup silhouette and little silver sequins with beads like a constellation of stars. Sequin trim around the arms and low boy shorts. Zipper up the back and hook and eye clasp closure at the crotch. Such a cool, rare find! Estimated size xs. MEASUREMENTS: Bust - 29.75- 33.5 inches Waist - 25-30 inches Hips - 31.5 - 37 inches Total Length - 26.75 - inches Label - no label material - synthetic blend - material will not stretch color - black, silver ♥ estimated size xs ♥ terrific vintage condition - we found 5 missing sequins near the waist area, a few loose as well. This piece is unlined, as shown (either it was handmade and never lined or lining was removed). Some glue/tape reside? near the hooks. It’s not sticky, but hand washing it didn’t remove it. Overall really great shape, well made, strong material. Costume will come to you hand washed and ready to wear.
