uniqlo polka dot ruffle dress

bought off depop! (try on isnt me, its the person who i bought it from) super cute dress but just will never wear. still has tag and everything! size medium, has elastic waistband so it can be pulled shorter or longer im 5'4 and it hits right above my knees so i would pull it for it to be shorter. super cute lil dress
