This is a new top from Velvet heart in a size XL. it is white in color and has small, ruffled sleeves and v neck that buttons down the front. The bottom scoops at the hemline. Pit to pit it is 22 inches and from the top of the bottom down it is 23 1/2 inches. It is 100% tencen and is new with tags.
