5 3/4" deep, 13 1/2" tall, 12" wide. Water resistant poly canvas. Easily converts from shoulder to backpack. Note the backpack straps are zippered into back zipper if using shoulder bag. One very deep long open pouch inside as well as two open pouches and two elasticized pouches. This bag has never been used. However it has one metal cover missing on the bottom of the bag, see last photo. Inside is a nylon polyester type fabric and can be easily cleaned.
