There is a loose thread on the outside of the back of this tankini top. It looks like you could just cut it off and I don't see a hole, but I am afraid to fool with it. This tankini top is new without tags. (I got it at a place that sells pallets or returns or something, so it has probably been tried on.) I am including a picture of the inside tag, but I don't know the manufacturer. This looks like a tankini top sold by DM fashion. Black, size small.
