classyrider Hi, happy Friday! I am a new Posher and was on the Poshshow training webinar yesterday. You mentioned that you help other Poshers which is so great. I am still trying to make my first sale. I price my items based on sales history, and have lowered them but no luck. So I raised them up so that I can give a hood discount to any likers. At this point I sm considering just dropping everything to where I just make a couple dollars per listing. Any tips? Thank you!!!

singsnsmiles @classyrider Take adjectives and exclamation marks out of the listing title. Download the Photoroom app to make your backgrounds digitally white, it is google searchable. Also are your sharing settings set for the items to be searchable on Google? Take the word: EUC out of the title. You want to write: Brand, color, print or solid, long or short sleeve blouse..size doesn't need to be included in the title, it is already in the listing. You want to do comps to others sold listings.

singsnsmiles @classyrider Do comps based on other like minded sold listings in the app, look at what others items have sold for, ,which can be tricky. But check the brands usual price as a new item on their website, check sold comps then leave reasonable wiggle room for making offers. Send out offers to likers right away or wait until Fridays when people get paid.

singsnsmiles @classyrider Keep the title with searchable terms, think like a buyer. In the description, then add all the extra information, keep it clean concise, don't bog the buyer down with an overload of info. Put measurements there, condition of item. Use the style tags in the listing too.

djsclosetstore @singsnsmiles When is your next Seller Support Show? What is the process to sell unlisted live auctions quicly without adding a quick list for each item and taking 3 hours to set up. Most live auction sellers are using only photo list with up to 50 or more item numbers. Any advice what tool or how this works? So frustrating that there is no help found for this.

singsnsmiles @djsclosetstore Hello! It's a shortcut we live show sellers have created amongst ourselves. Take a regular listing, add a pic of your show info or whatever, mark the quantity of the listing as "multi item" then customize the size with your hanger number system that you would use to track items when they sell. Example: #01. Then for the amount available click the box "available" and type in 1. After items sell in your show and when you want to use that listing again in your shows just....

singsnsmiles @djsclosetstore just backspace and fill in the 0 with the number 1. This keeps the buyers from being limited to 50 items during our shows. Take a screen shot or record your shows, because if a buyer has payment failure during your shows and you don't notice, it will throw your number system off, and that is your only way of knowing who got what. When you look at your sales, you will see your buyers info and that hanger number will be in the in-voice. I will tag you in a listing i use.

djsclosetstore @singsnsmiles Wow that is so awesome It has been taking me up to three hours to list. Once you add the listing to the show, how do you trigger the auction for each item? Are you selecting the size (item number)? You should make a YouTube video!

singsnsmiles @djsclosetstore Yep, when you pin your listing to run it, the whole screen fills up with your sizes #1 - #50, select which hanger number that you are running next. The sold ones are grayed out, the bold ones are what is left to run. Before I did the number system for listings, I used to use a generic listing, size said "various" and when someone won, I would write their name on a post it, use extra tape and stick it on the hanger. This is actually more accurate, but a slower system for auctions.
