99% new, in fact I only wear it once near home to test out the walking, that’s why It has some mark on the bottom. It is my size, the style and color is very classic. it is just I am not a high heel person and don’t have chance to wear them. I got it from the Madison Avenue store, still have the receipt I can show. For those who really like it, otherwise I will keep it myself, I can’t lower the price than this
