set of five blue white and gold chopstick rests in original box very pretty

a set of 5 blue,white and gold floral chopstick rests in original box. Very pretty . Gray scratches on back and manufacture's error some blue color under glaze see last two pictures for examples . Questions are always welcome. There is an embossed lettering on back that I can not make out ... most likely maker but again even with a magnifying glass I can't see details of the letters or Asian characters .
