The second radio works using four AAA batteries (not included) but does not have its original rechargeable pack, so it cannot charge via the dock unless the buyer obtains a replacement pack. The plastic outer shell of one antenna is loose and simply rests on the internal spring base (see photos). It can be easily glued back in place if desired.
