this has 13 rubies and 6 diamonds is a size 5 for smaller fingers. it just shines. it is 10k gold . my ex bought in 80's was 525.00 then.i wore maybe 5 times total.is beautiful no longer fits me.stones are real not fake. i like because lighter rubies not darker which are harder to find.
