retro-esq blue lace over cream fabric dress from London based company

This dress has never been worn, still has the tag. It is 100% polyester, can probably be washed on gentle in a netted bag in the washer.......great condition, would be good with a petticoat. Cute and would fit in with a pin-up-esq retro environment.
