retro vintage variegated ribbed acrylic small cardigan w Bakelite? buttons

Here’s a cool, older vintage cardigan with some unknowns. It’s a beautiful variegated brown material in a ribbed knit. No brand. The neck tag says 100% acrylic. Looks to be an early acrylic garment based on the tags and the size. The rust brown buttons are a nice weight synthetic that look like Bakelite but no guarantees. The ends of the sleeves have a pretty, colored band that matches the buttons and some brown & off-white stripes. V neck. It’s marked 13 for the size but that does not mean much, at least to me. Please see measurements. This could fit a small adult or a teenager, any gender. Really a cool vintage find!
