// recycled boxes

a word about my "new" shipping boxes: they keep getting recycled.. and recycled. they've been around the block a few times and they look it.. and I like it. I want to keep recycling them as many times as humanly possible -- while promoting every past and future recycler's closet .. so I came up with the idea you see in these pics If you wanna play along and use them to send out your next sale,, will you please sign the box ( & any other shipping materials you're able to re-use) with your closet name and ask the next person to do the same? There are instructions inside the box if you wanna play along, but it's really nothing complicated -- just reuse the box, you can draw on it, add stickers, whatever, and sign it with your closet name and send it on I wanna see how many closet names can go on the box before it becomes unusable.. .. In my mind, the charisma of signing the box over and over and over should make up for the inevitable loss of aesthetic (and then some) I haver a feeling that the more disintegrated the box gets the better it will look (because of the signatures) and like cheese and wine, it will only get better with time if you happen to receive one of these boxes with a whole bunch (like 3-4 or more) closet names on it -- would you please take a pic and tag me? thank you <3 <3 <3 thank you for reading & thank you for re-using <3
