rare vintage boho Mr. Hank yo-yo maxi skirt S

This skirt is vintage and preowned but in very good condition overall. I did see some spots – picture and some discoloration on the very bottom yo-yos. There’s no size tag inside – but this waist is very small even though it is an elastic size and can stretch. That is why I put XS for size. The tie on the front is a faux drawstring. 39 inches long.
