rare made in Austria “fishtail” dress.

Rare one of a kind dress made in Austria. bought in a shop in Italy. Fabric is beautiful and was only worn once. The fabric underneath h is white splashes if orange and the designs are green pink and black. I don’t want to get rid of the dress so this is a steal.
