Sweet and perfect summery rainbow dress. this is a handmade item made by me, part of my Lunaria upcycled collection, and is crazy cute. I used vintage rainbow heart fabric to construct a cap sleeve dress with an elastic waist and high low hem. the fabric is lightweight cotton and slightly sheet - I'd plan to wear a slip underneath. this dress is darling and breezy, size small and knee length bust 34’’ – 36’’ waist 26.5’’ – 28.5’’ hips free
