They are 98% cotton/ 2% polyurethane. They are stretchy and comfy. I always wear a loose 29 and thought the 26 would fit but the 26 is too snug on me. I do have these in a 29 and love them. The inseam is 35”. The rise from crotch to waist is 8”. Please let me know if you have more questions.
