rag & bone Black Suade Ankle Booties

Rag'n'Bone New York heeled ankle boots. suede with flat black leather accent straps. pull on style. says size 40 according to the website that is a 10 but I am a 9 and 1/2 to 10 and these are tight. would fit an 8.5 to 9 best. used good condition. The superficial rap on the heel has come off the very bottom rung see close up picture otherwise it's very good condition.
