jkmurray Called Dooney and Burke regarding the tortoise shell duck emblem. I was told I would need to register the handbag with the card and number that was in the bag when you purchased it. They would not give me a price without mailing in the registration. If the bag is new like you said it was the card should be in the bag and if it's new I suggest taking it back where you purchased it from and ask for a refund if the emblem came off. 🤔
