@rachelquintasas hello ! i’m not seeing an email on your profile. the product is the original white and black ps5 controller. it doesn’t have any noticeable flaws, just dirty so i will wipe it down with some wipes. the only issue is it does not come with a charger; but, any usb-c wire should work perfectly fine as that is what i have used to connect the ps5 controller to my pc. if you have any other questions please feel free to ask !
