charleneleclair I am so sorry you were scammed by these really terrible people. I am fairly new to Poshmark & love it, although 2 lower-prices items were not authentic. I would make sure this couple's picture goes to all social media sources & would also contact police immediately.

heartlands1890 @sofiacay You're protected but only if you purchase the item on Poshmark. Posh can't help anyone that decides to buy something using another app/site. Scammers will try to lure buyers off of Posh by offering a better price if they pay another way. That's how people lose their money.

I reported them, and their account was disabled, but they will just make a new one. so sad. I got lucky and was fully refunded, but it’s scary

dulcexlove @flower1620 I’m a banker and we see these cases quite often. Simply call your bank (there may be a wait time) but they’ll reverse all charges and any Overdraft Fees associated with the transactions :) good luck!

miichelleliii @flower1620 other than reporting her profile as “transaction off poshmark” im not sure whats more can be done... :( however, before she closes her acct, take screen shots of her profile and her listing where she includes her contact info, send an email to poshmark with the pictures. It’s so frustrating to see that she made a new acct and trying to scam more people.

magik7189ps Hey, this just happened to me with a $1300 chanel bag 🙁 I was new to posh. The girl said she could lower price if she didn’t pay posh fee. I zelled her She sent tracking receipt & i got the package empty. The weight is in the sticker on pkg & reciept, but nothing in box. I couldn’t believe it. Still not sure if it was seller or a postal worker . Was sealed when i got it delivered in my key lock mailbox. My bank said same. Zelle is like cash. Post office didnothing. Did you get any resolution?
