natalielouise @jones55 this top is a 22 UK/18 US that I measured at approximately 23" (bust) and 22"(waist) when lying flat. It also has tons of stretch (about 7" of stretch) if you need more room. Thinking back to when I bought this, I had an approximate bust measurement of 50-52" and it fit. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any more questions 😊
