🎃patent leather boots🎃 (NWOT)

Great for any sexy Halloween 🎃 costume . Bought them for Halloween to wear with bat girl costume but never wore them. I went with a different costume. They are new., however... they have been stored for a while so they have few minor light scratches from rubbing against each other not noticeable bc boots are shiny. The top of boot all the way around is 14 inches and gets tighter going towards bottom of boots with a little stretch . Yes must have thin legs. Zip ups.
