This is a pair of pants from Universal Threads in a size 16. They are a dark gray in color with an elastic waistband. The inseam is 26 inches and from top to bottom they measure 38 inches. They also have belt loops. They are 55% cotton, 44% lyocell and 1% spandex. They are gently worn and in fantastic shape.
