off the shoulder black and floral short prom dress

this dress is two piece and has only been worn once with no damage. the top is black and off the shoulder with built in padding in the bust area. the skirt is a pretty red/pink, black, and white almost floral pattern. the size of this is a 15 but i will say the skirt fits a bit tight around the waist area so it feels more like a 13. for reference, i am 5’4 and around 165
