This is brand new but unfortunately when the girl at the register took the detector off she left a tiny tiny small hole in this shirt which if anyone knows how to sew can be easily fixed I'm just not able to do much moving around at the moment I just had to have another open heart surgery to fix one of the stents inside of me I do believe this shirt fits more like a medium large but it is new with tags 2ND PIC SHOWS IT
