new wave 1980's GRAPHIC RAYON SKIRT 80's M

Rayon 1980's skirt, with a great graphic pattern. Blue and white, with an occasional splash of yellow. Pull-on, with elasticized waist. Straight cut, with 8.5" back slit. No tags. Waist starts at 31", stretches to max 37.5". 41.5" hip (no stretch), 26.25" long. The last picture shows a discoloration on the hem, no one will notice in a normal wearing distance.
