moma pencil skirt, swan/eye size s/m

This skirt is very unique, truly one of a kind as I could not find any other listed. Not a big brand but very nicely made. Has an elastic waist, and one front pocket where the swan is painted on. size tag says 36, measurement or the waist laying flat is 12" which could fit a small. no rips no stains, measurements are shown in photos.
