harleygirl257 I am so so sorry to hear about the packaging. I tested before it left and was fine. I taped the lid so it would not come loose in transit. I am assuming the damage is from post office. If I had another I would just send it to you. Again I sincerely apologize but again, it was fine when it was packaged and shipped from my end.

kathykkandles Hi! I am sorry that your Rodial eye shadow palette is delayed. It was dropped off for shipment on the 29th but it is not tracking yet. I have notified posh of this. I will be checking with the post office today to see if I can get any updated info. I have never had this happen before. I am so sorry for the delay. I will keep you and posh both updated.

kathykkandles I checked with the drop off point today and they couldn't give me any further info except that the mailman maybe didn't scan it or it got lost. I had the same thing happen with a purchase I made on that exact same date and it showed up today without any tracking. Let's keep our fingers crossed that that is what happens for your package too!
