lulus strapless dress

Greenish Blue strapless dress, was previously bought on here to wear to prom. Worn twice by the person who sold this to me and by me. Size small but was took in a little bit to have a much fitter look. I'm a size 3. I'm also 5'1-5'2 Is clean from a smoke free environment. Willing to negotiate :)) can be worn for prom or weddings
