Black leggings/tights. Fleece lined and exterior is water resistant (though not totally water proof). One pocket on each side for phone or other essentials. Drawstring waist. These keep me warm and dry in winter. Only selling because this size is too large for me so I’m sticking to smaller size pair I got. In great condition.
