Hi! Are these 2.5" or 4" inseam? High rise or low rise?

Hey Wendy, sorry for the delay. I’m new here and still figuring out the app. I added a photo with a rular to the listing. I hope that helps with measurements. I think the inseam is more like 3.5”. They aren’t low rise. I’d say medium to high rise.
