what material is this? does it all need to be dry cleaned?

Can you tell me more about the condition? Any signs of wear? What is that picture with the blue painters tape suppose to represent? Also, any chance you know what size this fits.. like a 8 or 10?

@lollolagirl66 yes it needs to be dry cleaned. It’s made of tulle.

@thewildnfree would likely fit a 10, might be a bit big for an 8. The blue is a ribbon that has a bit of a stain on the end, which was there when I bought it from the previous owner. That’s the only sign of wear.
