lightweight watercolor print dress

Lightweight dress for all seasons. I've worn this is summer with sandals, fall with a blazer, and winter with OTK boots. Gently used but in perfect condition (wrinkled from being folded, but the dress doesn't have pleats on the skirt like the photos make it look). Ruffled v-neck with adjustable straps... before you said "I DON'T DO RUFFLES!", neither do I but this was the exception. From Forever 21– looks and feels way more expensive than it is.
