Beautiful 1980's blouse, "Haberdashery by Personals". Light, washable poly chiffon. Semi-sheer. Light yellow, with white stripes and small gray petals. Color is most accurate (on my monitor, anyway) in picture 7, the flatlay. Hidden button placket, just the top button is seen. A touch of gather to the shoulders, drapes beautifully.
