Like new. Beautiful cotton white and gray orange pink blue striped pattern down middle and back. Overall length from waist to hem is 35 with a little extra inch of string fringe on bottom. Elastic waist. See photo for measurement when laying flat. Measure across at hip about 24 inches. One mark shown in right hip. A few small pulls of fabric. Photos shown. Worn once.
